Refund policy

Overview

This policy applies to tuition and fees for programs offered by Forestcore Institute of Engineering. Deposits, installment payments, and full tuition are subject to the terms below.

Deposit

The 30% enrollment deposit is non-refundable. It secures your seat and covers administrative processing. If Forestcore cancels a program before it begins, the deposit is fully refunded.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the program start date. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Partial refund

Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the start date qualifies for a 50% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the start date qualifies for a 25% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit, unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.

After program begins

Once instruction has commenced, tuition is non-refundable except in cases of documented medical emergency or institute-initiated cancellation. Partial refunds after week one are not available for work already delivered, materials distributed, or lab access consumed.

Rescheduling

You may transfer enrollment to the next available cohort once at no charge if requested at least 7 days before your original start date. A second reschedule incurs a 2,000,000 VND administrative fee.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior written notice is treated as cancellation after the program start date. No refund is issued for no-shows.

Non-refundable items

• Enrollment deposit (30%)
• Administrative reschedule fees
• Third-party certification exam fees arranged on your behalf
• Additional testnet gas credits purchased beyond standard lab allocation

Refund process

Submit refund requests to admissions@page-forestcore.click with your full name, program name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and issue approved refunds within 14 business days via bank transfer or original payment method.

Exceptions

Scholarship recipients who withdraw after week four forfeit the scholarship portion with no refund of the remaining tuition paid. Corporate invoiced accounts follow terms specified in their separate service agreement.
