Official name and origin

The registered business name is Forestcore Operations View Co., Ltd.. We opened in 2018 from a small office near Nguyen Van Dau in Binh Thanh District after two of the founding analysts left large 3PL operations roles. Early clients were mid-size distribution centres struggling to reconcile WMS exports with what night-shift leads reported at standup.

Through the late 2010s we narrowed the practice to supply chain KPI tracking and warehouse performance monitoring — assessments, definition workshops, monthly scorecard reviews, and focused analytics reports. The work stayed human-delivered: observers on the floor, facilitators in the room, writers who return a pack people can print.

How we work

We begin with the decisions your Monday standup must make, then attach measures to those decisions. Observation beats remote screenshots. Definitions are written in the language planners and pickers already share. Recommendations stay inside ninety days unless a longer capital project is clearly required.

People

Engagements are led by senior operations analysts who have supervised receiving, put-away, or outbound waves in Vietnam or the wider ASEAN corridor. Local floor observers accompany assessments so notes capture shift rhythm, not only system timestamps.
