Estimate factors we always ask about
- How many active shifts and whether temporary crews are present

Deposits and invoices
Assessments and workshops usually require a fifty percent deposit to reserve observation dates. Monthly reviews invoice at the start of each month. Custom reports invoice fifty percent on brief acceptance and the balance on delivery. These figures are informational; they are not a checkout.
