Services described

Pages describe professional services related to supply chain KPI tracking and warehouse performance monitoring. Published rates are informational. A signed statement of work or written quotation forms the contract for paid work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics produced by Forestcore Operations View Co., Ltd., remains our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Client data shared for an engagement remains the client’s property. Assessment packs and reports prepared for a client may be used internally by that client; redistribution to third parties requires our written consent unless the statement of work says otherwise.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions current. Engagement scope, timing, and fees are confirmed in writing for each project. The website does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, Forestcore Operations View Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Vietnamese law prohibits such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City unless mandatory rules require another venue.
