Refund and rescheduling policy
This policy applies to professional engagements offered by Forestcore Operations View Co., Ltd. — assessments, KPI workshops, monthly reviews, and custom analytics reports.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for engagements that are cancelled under the conditions below. Informational website content is free and not refundable.
Timeframe
Written cancellation requests should be sent to hello@page-forestcore.click. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether a full refund, partial refund, or credit applies.
Full refund
A full refund of deposits or prepaid fees is available when you cancel more than fourteen calendar days before the first scheduled on-site day or workshop session, and before substantive desk work has begun on a custom report.
Partial refund
Cancellations between fourteen and seven days before the start date receive a fifty percent refund of the deposit, reflecting reserved observer time and travel planning. Monthly review retainers cancelled mid-month receive a pro-rata credit for unused full weeks remaining in that month only.
Non-refundable items
- Work already delivered (completed observation days, workshops held, reports issued)
- Third-party travel tickets purchased at your written request after approval of an estimate
- Printed materials already produced for a scheduled readout
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval. Bank transfers inside Vietnam may clear sooner; international returns follow the payer bank’s timeline.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule an assessment or workshop once without penalty if you give at least ten days’ notice and a new date within sixty days is agreed. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee of VND 2,000,000. We may reschedule for safety events, severe weather, or denied site access; in those cases you may choose a new date or a full refund of unused fees.
Deposits and no-shows
Deposits secure observation dates. If the site is inaccessible on the agreed days without prior notice (no-show by client contacts or revoked badges), the deposit is forfeited for the days lost. Remaining prepaid fees for unused future days may be credited toward a new date within ninety days.
Work already started
Once observation or workshop facilitation has started, fees for completed days are due in full. Unused future days may be refunded or credited per the partial-refund rules above.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under Vietnamese consumer or commercial law that cannot be waived remain available. Engagements covered by a signed statement of work follow that document if it sets different cancellation terms.
